Introduction . Thank you for choosing to use MBUX speed camera. For users residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and Switzerland, the service is provided by Vision Lab SRL SEMPLIFICATA.

Our service . The Service and Content are subject to these Terms and any additional restrictions specified at the time of purchase or access. The user, after making the purchase and after accepting the Terms, will be able to access the Service. You may purchase Content or subscribe to and access Content purchased in accordance with these Terms.

Liability disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all responsibility for any misuse or abuse of content and products that may be purchased, provided free of charge or included as part of a paid subscription for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability. Vision Lab S.R.L. Simplified and MBUX Speed ​​Camera disclaim any responsibility for any damage (for example for data loss, additional costs or incorrect results) incurred by users for using or attempting to use the software. In particular, they consider themselves to be in no case liable to the user or third parties for compensation for indirect damage, accidental damage, fines or penalties and, likewise, is not responsible for claims for compensation for damage due to the loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other financial losses resulting from the use or attempted use of the software. This liability exemption does not apply in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Rights deriving from statutory requirements remain unaffected.

Access to Contents and their use . Content may be purchased, provided free of charge (for example, as part of a demo, free trial or promotion) or included as part of a paid subscription for personal, non-commercial use. The Contents are associated with the email provided during the purchase and are not transferable, which means that the user cannot

Limitations . It is not allowed:

• use any Content, in whole or in part, as part of a public display (except where you are permitted to use the features of the Service or where such an action does not constitute a copyright infringement);
• use ripping or stream capture or similar software to record or create a copy of the Content, even if it is provided free of charge (unless such action does not constitute copyright infringement);
• sell, rent, lease or redistribute access to the digital products offered.

Purchased content . By purchasing Content ("Purchased Content") you are granted the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the purchased Content, subject to the Terms and any additional restrictions specified at the time of purchase or access. The purchase of Contents implies that the user is granted the right to access the Contents purchased through the Service, but does not provide for the transfer of a right of ownership in relation to the Contents purchased.


Completeness and accuracy of data. Vision Lab S.R.L. Simplified and MBUX Speed ​​Camera do not provide any guarantee on the completeness and correctness of the data.

Countries supported . Access to Content is provided by supported countries. Content and functionality may vary by country. If you log in from outside your country of origin, certain Content or features may not be available.

Third Party Fees . You are responsible for any data or access costs incurred by third parties (such as your Internet provider or mobile phone operator) in connection with the use and display of the Content.

1. Purchases and payments

The following section applies to all purchases on MBUX speed camera.

Prices . Pricing and availability of all Content and subscriptions are subject to change at any time prior to purchase.

Conclusion of the contract . Any contract for the purchase and use of Content or subscriptions is entered into and comes into effect as soon as the user completes the purchase.

Reservations . When the user makes a reservation for the Content, he receives an email confirming the reservation only. The contract for the purchase and use of such Content is considered entered into when the Content is made available to the user, and at this stage the user will be charged the purchase price. You can cancel your booking at any time until the Content becomes available. MBUX speed camera will cancel the reservation if the Contents have previously been withdrawn from the sale and reserves the right to cancel the order in the event that the price is changed before the fulfillment of that order.

Subscriptions . If you purchase a subscription, you will receive any Content or services provided as part of that subscription on an ongoing basis, unless you choose to cancel it. The cost of subscriptions is automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly, annual or other duration, as indicated during the subscription process) and no later than 24 hours before the start of each billing period.

1. Price changes . When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the applicable fee as soon as you agree to subscribe. Should the subscription price subsequently increase, MBUX speed camera will send a notification to the user. Before making any increase in the subscription fee, we will consider and balance the interests of users. The increase will be applied to the next payment due by the user following notification, provided that the user has been given notice in writing at least 30 days before the change. If you are given less than 30 days' notice, the price increase will be applied to the next payment following the next payment due. If the user does not intend to pay the surcharge, he can cancel the subscription. This way you will not be charged any additional subscription fees, as long as you notify us before the end of the current billing period.
2. Cancellations (Cancellations) . The user can cancel the subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions may include the right to access and reproduce certain Content. These rights will be revoked in case of cancellation of the subscription.

Refunds .

2. Withdrawal rights for consumers residing in the EEA or UK

The terms in this section only apply to consumers residing in the EEA or UK.

Right of withdrawal for digital content . The law grants the user the right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of Content on MBUX speed camera. The same applies if the user purchases a subscription for digital content. However, when the user makes a purchase of digital content on MBUX speed camera, he accepts that the contents will be immediately available to the user and, consequently, the cancellation of the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal for physical products .

1. Customs costs
   If the products ordered are to be delivered outside Italy or the European Economic Area, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, required by customs once the product arrives in the country of destination. The additional customs costs are your sole responsibility and cannot be foreseen by us. Therefore, we invite you to take all necessary information with the customs office of the country where you will receive the goods and to adapt to the applicable legislation.
2. Right of withdrawal
   As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased. It is possible to renounce the purchase, having the only cost of returning the product. If your order includes more than one product, you can also cancel only one of them. In any case, the 14-day period starts from the delivery of the last good.
   
3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
   To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can fill in a request and send it to us via email at assistenza@mbux-speedcamera.com with the subject "EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ORDER NO. #Xxxxxx".

The communication must contain the references of the order, your name and surname in order to allow us to carry out the checks.

For communication purposes, you can use the following form:

4. Returning the product
   In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return is up to you and you will have to make it within 14 days from the date on which you have communicated your intention to withdraw from the contract.
   The responsibility for what happens during shipment (damage, theft, loss, etc.) is yours, until we receive the returned product. If the goods are damaged during transport, we will notify you within 5 days of receipt, to allow you to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to you for collection at your expense and the withdrawal request will be canceled.

The costs of returning the products are your responsibility.
You will have to return the goods intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment), taking care to remove all the labels and barcodes previously affixed to the outside of the package and applying the waybill that the forwarder will provide you with.

We ask you to enter your order number in the package (it is the number we provided you during the order confirmation phase, eg # 12345). It will also be sufficient to insert a handwritten sheet with this reference. Take care to remove all labels and barcodes previously affixed to the outside of the package.

Finally, we ask you to keep, where provided by the shipper, the tracking number of the shipment and communicate it to us via email.

5. Refunds
   You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, we will refund you within 14 days from the return, using the same payment method you chose during the purchase.
   The reimbursement includes delivery costs to the minimum extent that can be selected during the purchase procedure. In practice, if several delivery options are available during the purchase process and you have not chosen the least expensive option, you will be refunded the cost of the least expensive delivery option available.
   If you return the damaged goods, we may charge you for any decrease in value. In the event that the damage is such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal, you will not get any refund. The product will remain in our office and you can collect it at your expense. In any case, we will notify you within 5 days of receiving the returned product.

3. Changes to the Terms

Changes to the Terms . The Terms can be changed. Users residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA") may be offered the option to accept or decline any changes to the Terms. The changes will not be applied to users who do not give their consent to the latter; however, we reserve the right to terminate the Service if all other requirements for termination are met (in accordance with the Terms or with the Terms of a specific service
